DATSARCH | Daria Tsagaraki Architects refurbished an existing holiday home, originally built in 1986 in Andros island. The most important part of the design concept for the new summer house, was to modernize and improve the functional organization, in order to get the most out of the unobstructed views, and reach closer to the sea.
The plot on which the house stands has an apparent terrain height differentiation of 2.00m and the house is developed on two above-ground floor levels and a semi-basement.
